Everything you need to know before your first RFID project in Colombia.
Every project has its own variables. If you didn’t find what you were looking for, let’s talk.
Have a different question?Scope defines speed, and the Diagnostic establishes it. What does not change: every project starts on a Bounded Deployment that validates the hardware, software, and processes in your real environment before the full deployment. Speed of delivery is one of our competitive advantages. Most of our clients see measurable results from the first weeks of operation.
It depends on scope, asset volume, and integration level. Our model combines platform licensing, hardware, and professional services. Most projects achieve return on investment in 18 months or less, and our clients renew year after year because the system pays for itself.
We achieve 99%+ read accuracy across manufacturing, distributed operations, and critical environments. We adapt infrastructure to each condition: humidity, dust, temperature, RF interference, and metallic infrastructure. That accuracy is not a lab figure. It is the documented result of 15+ years of deployments across Colombia and the Americas.
Trackvy integrates with external services via REST API and Webhooks. If your system exposes an API, Trackvy connects to it. If no API is available, we build custom integrations.
With in-house engineers in Bogotá and Barranquilla and certified partners in Medellín, Cali, Bucaramanga, Cartagena, and other major cities. We have deployed projects across 250+ locations nationwide, including critical assets in remote operations and industrial plants outside urban centers. We combine expert partners and remote monitoring tools to support all our clients.
RFID is a horizontal technology that applies to virtually every industry. Manufacturing, distributed operations with critical assets, regulated services, consumer goods, and industrial maintenance are the most active sectors in our portfolio. We have executed projects across these verticals with global clients present in Colombia and large Colombian companies with 100+ national locations.
In high-speed, high-volume operations, yes. RFID reads hundreds of tags simultaneously without line of sight, in motion, and at distance. Barcodes require individual scanning. For inventories over 500 assets, frequent audits, or complex operations, RFID is 20 to 100 times faster and significantly more reliable and cost-effective in the long run.
Accendo operates under a SaaS model with dedicated post-sale support. We do not deliver a system and disappear. We manage sensor network stability, platform updates, and data model evolution. Most of our clients have been running with us in continuous production for over 4 years.
